Reporting an error
Write to hello@tenuvio.com with the page, the statement you think is wrong, and any evidence. Tenuvio aims to reply within five working days.
How corrections are made
- Factual errors are corrected on the page. A dated note at the end of the page says what changed and why.
- If a correction changes a test result, the run records stay published and the note explains which score changed.
- The page’s “Updated” date changes only for a real change to its substance, such as a correction or new evidence.
- Errors are not removed silently. A page that has to come down is replaced with a note saying why.
Changes to the protocol
The test protocol keeps its own dated change log. Results say which version of the protocol they used.
